Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Making charges, shipping fees, or custom charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Returns:

• Due to the nature of gold and precious items, returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
